Customer Review: Don’t hesitate to buy this wheel
If you haven’t bought this wheel yet, buy it. It’s worth the price. I picked this up in November of 2006, and I haven’t regretted it at all. The build quality is fantastic, and everything seems to be very durable. The resistance of the clutch, brake and gas pedals seems to be about perfect. The gearbox works very well in manual mode. It does feel a bit light, but I’ve slammed the gearshift around for months now with ill effects—you can be very aggressive with it without worrying about breaking it. Also, the force feedback is very strong—comparable to the force feedback found in arcade racers.

There is still limited support for the 6-speed gearbox, but more games are coming out with support for it every day. I use it primarily for GTR2 and GT legends on the PC, but Gran Turismo HD is supposed to support it, as well as PGR 3 and Forza 2 on the Xbox 360. All in all, this wheel/pedal/shifter combo is a great value. I don’t think I’ll have to replace it for many years.
